1. Returns

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Items that cannot be returned:

- Digital downloads
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If your refund is late, please check with your bank or payment provider first before contacting us.
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
5. Return Shipping
To return a product, please email us at contact@emystore.biz and we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
